Create OTP Application

After activating the OTP service, select to enter the OTP service at the service center, which will take you to the OTP application creation page. In the OTP Name field, enter the name of the OTP service you wish to create; this name can be modified later.

After the application is created, before its first use, the system will redirect you to the Overview guide page. Here, you can view the complete process status of using the OTP service and the issues to be aware of in each process.

From the overview guide page, it is evident that to use the EngageLab OTP service, you must first create an OTP template and configure the API key.
