History

Record List

After sending messages through the EngageLab OTP API or using the "OTP Send" and "OTP Verify" pages, the messages will be displayed on the History page. This list allows you to view template name, sending time, sending target, message status, and estimated cost, among other details.

Additionally, the history records can be filtered by message_id, target, template ID, or template name:

Message Details

Clicking on any message takes you to the message details page, where you can view the message_id, sending time, sending target, one-time password, and message status. Additionally, you can view the details of the message lifecycle, which shows the specific breakdown stages of the message.
