Statistics

You can view the detailed data of the sending status, and support filtering by time or content type, template, SMS_USER, label, and dimension. Dimensions can be selected by time, operator, and country statistics.

The sending data includes valid target (request), sent, delivered, process failed, send failed, and wait result.

Number of target :The number of mobile phone numbers that the platform has successfully received customer requests to send SMS.

Number of sent : The number of mobile phone numbers that the platform has processed for sending and delivering SMS messages.

Number of delivered : The number of messages successfully delivered by the platform to the recipient's phone number.

Number of wait result : The number of mobile phone numbers where the platform has delivered a text message to the channel but the channel has not yet returned the delivery result.

Number of process failed : The number of mobile phone numbers that the platform terminated sending after internal business judgment and did not deliver to the channel.

Number of send failed : The platform has already delivered SMS to the channel, but the channel has returned the number of mobile phone numbers that failed to deliver the SMS.
