Payment
EngageLab currently supports the following payment methods:
- Credit Card
- Alipay (Alipay App, Alipay HK App)
- WeChat Pay (WeChat App)
- Tether (USDT)
- Bank Transfer
- Amazon
The "transaction fee" for different payment methods varies depending on the requirements of the payment channel.
Credit Card
EngageLab supports the following credit cards:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover.
Clicking "Pay" will redirect you to the payment page. Please follow the instructions to enter your credit card information.
- Maximum Limit: The maximum limit for a single credit card transaction is 10,000 USD.
- You may need to complete 3DS verification during the payment process.
- 3DS Authentication Failed, No Redirect Page?
- 3DS authentication does not always trigger a redirect page (e.g., in 3DS 2.0, frictionless authentication automatically completes identity verification without requiring additional steps).
- If you encounter repeated 3DS authentication failures, it is recommended to contact your bank's customer service and clearly state:
"I have encountered multiple 3DS authentication failures during online payments. Please assist in identifying and resolving the issue."
Common Reasons for Payment Failure
- Insufficient credit card limit.
- The card is not enabled for international payments or is restricted by bank risk controls.
- Incorrect information entered (e.g., card number, expiration date, CVV).
- Unstable network or payment page timeout.
Currently, "Credit Card" and "Alipay (HK), Alipay" payment methods cannot be switched between each other.
- If you first select "Credit Card" and enter the checkout page but exit without completing the payment, you cannot switch to "Alipay" later. Similarly, the reverse applies.
- To switch payment methods, you must cancel the current order under "Order Management" and resubmit the order.
Alipay
Please note that the Alipay HK App and the Alipay App are two different apps. Do not use the wrong app for scanning.
When using the Alipay HK App or Alipay App to scan for payment, USD will be automatically converted into the currency supported by your Alipay account. Some countries/regions may have payment limits or not support certain currencies. It is recommended to consult Alipay customer service or try small payments in advance.
Currently, "Credit Card" and "Alipay (HK), Alipay" payment methods cannot be switched between each other. If you cancel a credit card payment and find that clicking Alipay does not redirect, please refer to the notes under Credit Card.
Alipay HK App Limitations
- Balance Payment:
- Unverified: Not supported for cross-border offline consumption.
- Intermediate Verification: Single transaction limit of 5,000 HKD, annual cumulative limit of 100,000 HKD.
- Verified: Single transaction limit of 50,000 HKD, no annual limit.
- Bank Account Payment:
- Intermediate Verification: Single transaction limit of 10,000 HKD (adjustable to 3,000 HKD), daily limit of 10,000 HKD.
- Verified: Single transaction limit of 20,000 HKD (adjustable to 3,000 or 10,000 HKD), daily limit of 20,000 HKD (adjustable to 10,000 HKD).
- Credit Card Payment: The limit depends on the credit limit of the linked credit card.
"Intermediate Verification" and "Verified" are certification levels of Alipay HK, generally achieved by linking a bank card.
Alipay CN App Limitations
- Single Transaction Limit: 5,000 USD (under normal circumstances).
- Annual Limit: 300,000 CNY.
- Bank Card Payment: The limit depends on the selected bank card and personal account status.
- Maximum Limit: Single transaction maximum of 300,000 CNY.
Alipay CN primarily relies on user-side limits. For questions, it is recommended to consult Alipay customer service.
WeChat Pay
Non-mainland China users must ensure that their WeChat account has completed real-name authentication. WeChat Pay supports payments using WeChat accounts linked to mainland China bank cards. Some WeChat accounts linked to non-mainland China bank cards may not be able to complete payments.
- The limit for WeChat Pay is 5,000 USD (currently limited to 2,000 RMB, under negotiation). If you encounter limit issues, please switch to other payment methods.
Tether (USDT)
EngageLab supports payments using USDT, currently supporting TRC20 and ERC20 payment chains. Please select the appropriate chain for the transfer based on your actual needs and strictly follow the operational process below to ensure timely order processing and service activation.
TRC20: After successful payment, enter the transaction hash (TxID) on the payment page and submit it for the order to be confirmed by the system.
ERC20: Strictly follow the six-decimal payment amount displayed on the payment page. After payment, the system will automatically confirm the order.
Notes:
- USDT payments require an additional 2% transaction fee on top of the order amount.
- The payment link is valid for 48 hours and can be forwarded to others for payment without logging into the EngageLab account.
- After completing the transfer, be sure to submit the transaction ID (TxID) on the payment page.
Additional Payment Notes for USDT
- Safety of Receiving Address: All payment link receiving addresses are EngageLab's official contract addresses, which are secure and reliable.
- Transaction ID Submission:
- The transaction ID may be described differently in different wallets/exchanges, such as "Transaction Hash," "Txn Hash," or "Transaction Hash."
- It is recommended to copy the TxID directly from the wallet transaction details to avoid errors caused by screenshot recognition.
- A single transaction ID can only be used once and becomes invalid after confirmation.
- Amount Discrepancy/Additional Payment Instructions:
- If the transfer amount is less than the order amount, you will be prompted to make up the difference after submitting the TxID. If additional payment is not possible, cancel the original order and create a new one with the same amount as your transfer.
- If you notice an error in the amount beforehand, create a new order with "amount payable = actual transfer amount" and submit the TxID for the new order.
- Forgot to Submit TxID or Closed Payment Link:
- You can reopen the original payment link to submit the TxID without making another payment.
- If the order has expired, create a new order with the same amount and submit the TxID.
Offline Order Payment Process
For merging multiple orders or special scenarios, you can apply for offline payment:
- Confirm the specific payment amount (including a 2% transaction fee) with the account manager.
- The account manager will provide an offline payment link, which functions the same as online orders.
- After completing the payment, the account manager will process the order and activate the service offline.
Bank Transfer
Operational Notes
Order Association Requirements: Be sure to click "Confirm" in the "Bank Transfer" pop-up before making the payment. Failure to click confirm will result in the order not being generated, and the funds will not be associated with the order.
Multi-Order Operational Guidelines: If there are multiple orders, complete the "Confirm" and payment process for one order before processing the next to avoid mismatched funds and orders.
Arrival Time and Exception Handling
- Transfer Validity Period:
- USD Transfers: Payment must be completed within 7 days of order generation, or the order will automatically expire.
- Non-USD Transfers: Payment must be completed within 48 hours to avoid funds being unmatched due to timeout.
- Delayed Arrival Explanation: Cross-border transfers may experience delays due to bank processing. It is recommended to allow sufficient time.
Amazon
In addition to the above payment methods, EngageLab also supports purchasing listed products on the Amazon platform by linking your Amazon account. For more information, refer to the Amazon Orders operation process.
