The data collected by the EngageLab SDK

Here is a list of data fields collected automatically, manually, and with user permission through the SDK. To customize which data to collect and how to manage user consent for data collection, please refer to our Data Processing Guide .

Data fields automatically collected by the SDK:

Data Description
First Session Time The date and time when a user first used the app.
Last Session Time The date and time of the user's most recent app usage.
Session Count The number of times the user has used the app.
Total Usage Duration Seconds of user interaction with the app while it's in the foreground.
Device Operating System The operating system of the device.
Device Language The language used on the device, which can also be set using SDK-provided methods.
Timezone The timezone where the device is currently located.
Country The recent country/region where the device/browser is located (ISO 3166-2 format).
Push Notification Permission Status Whether push notifications are enabled or disabled on the device.
App Version The version of the app the user is running.
App Identifier The package name of your mobile app.
Mobile Carrier The name of the cellular carrier the device is using.
Device Model The name of the device model.
Device Screen Resolution The screen resolution of the device.
Device Network Type The current network type of the device.
Push Token The push token added to the device via FCM, APN, or other vendors.

Manually send data to EngageLab You can manually send the following data to EngageLab:

Data Description
Apple's IDFA The EngageLab SDK itself does not collect the device's IDFA, but you can send us the IDFA you collect through the API.
Phone Number If you wish to send SMS messages to users using EngageLab, our SDK supports sending user phone numbers to us.
Tags You can send any additional user data as tags to us.
