API Service Migration Guide

If you have registered a EngageLab account with Aurora before the WhatsApp goes online, we recommend that you apply for migration.

1. Open a service .
2. In business Account Management add an account and enter the account name and code.
3. Enter the business account and select send number Management , click refresh. Obtain the registered phone number under the account.
4. Inform the WhatsApp staff of the EngageLab account number and telephone number for migration.
5. You will be notified after the migration is completed. For more information, see the console guide.
