Overview
The EngageLab OTP product provides a balance alert feature that automatically triggers notifications when your account balance falls below a user-defined threshold. This ensures you are promptly informed about your balance status and can prevent service interruptions.
Notifications can be received via Telegram or Email. This guide will walk you through the configuration process.
Configuration Steps
Navigate to [Configuration Management] - [Callback Settings] and click "Configure Events" to set up balance alerts for the EngageLab OTP service.
Note: Before proceeding with this step, ensure that a callback URL is configured. For configuration steps, refer to the documentation: EngageLab OTP Callback Address Settings.
Set Alert Threshold
- As shown in the image below, in the "Low Balance" settings module:
Enter the alert trigger threshold (e.g., 15). When your account balance falls below the set threshold, the Bot will automatically send a reminder.
Note: The unit is in USD, and only positive integers are supported.
Configure Notification Method
In the notification method settings area, choose the channel through which you would like to receive alerts:
Telegram:
Check the "Telegram" checkbox:
In the pop-up window, click the "START BOT" button to complete the binding process:
Once binding is complete, the result will be displayed as follows:
If you need to modify the Telegram account receiving the alerts, you can click the "Reset" button to reconfigure:
Email:
- Enter the email address(es) to receive alerts. Up to five email addresses are supported, separated by commas (

Save Settings
- After completing all configurations, click the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the page.
- The system will display a success message once the settings are saved.
